Got call right away and answered questions i had

I was always able to contact them, whether by phone or email. They responded quickly to my inquiries. The only glitch came during the snow/ice storm of 12/22/22 where the flight into Portland Oregon was cancelled and I was not notified by the airlines pup was put on a later flight that same nite. PDX called me at 9pm that nite to say me pup had arrived. So through snow and ice I drove to pick her up. She was fine, in good spirits and the sweetest Christmas present ever. PuppySpot did a great job; however, Mother Nature wanted to be a challenge. Side note - either I have the smartest pup in the world, or the breeders started her sit stay release commands making it easier for me! A very unstressful experience.

We had a fabulous experience with PuppySpot! It was really great and it was a very detailed easy process.! What stood out to us was the quality of the breeders they use the breeder that we were in contact with was amazing, truly cared about her pets gave us detailed instructions and made the pick up very simple. I really believe they did their due diligence with finding good breeders! I hope our breeder gets recognized for her above and beyond work!
