Working with PuppySpot was a very easy, pleasant experience. The person I worked with (Allen) was very helpful. He returned all my calls and answered all my questions. I love the PuppySpit emails with all their useful information on training, what to expect, etc.

I could not be any happier and satisfied with Puppy Spot! They did an excellent job with everything! Keeping me up to date with my girls progress while she was growing and her travel went absolutely great!!! She was so happy and healthy when she arrived! I couldn't be any happier! I was at first very nervous to use and trust PuppySpot.com but I read reviews and decided to take a chance. PuppySpot seemed to be the only main reliable resource where you go have many choices to buy a fur baby. I like all the details within their fur baby profiles and I liked the customer service communication. Look story short we now have our Labradoodle and the entire process was great and at pick up he was so happy and looked well taken care of even through his traveling to get to his new home. Thank you PuppySpot and the entire customer service team!

This was so easy! I picked out the cutest poodle and called PuppySpot. I bought him right away. So the rep who helped me was very knowledgeable asking all kinds of questions which in hindsight were for the safety and well being of my puppy. He said the puppy would need to be flown home to me due to distance (Texas to Michigan). I was a little nervous about that part so he explained to me that a puppy could easily fly due to lack of experience. My 11 year old dog probably not as much. Puppyspot made the whole experience great because they had me set up an app and it provided all information as well as tips to take care of the puppy.

The PuppySpot managers and staff were helpful throughout the entire process. We are happy with our new family member, Zelda, and will definitely be returning to PuppySpot in the future.

We were grateful that Betsy came in a vehicle transport. Her escorts were so nice and down to earth. They seemed to really love their job.
