They take your money and don't deliver the puppy. Then, they don't answer your calls and emails.

Easily the worst experience ever after they run your credit card. Horrible communication would be generous, I received almost no communication outside of the app and emails. My puppies travel changed four times. The last one they had her going to the wrong state. I called and only then did they correct it. I went to the airport on the date of confirmed travel and she was never loaded from the breeder. I called, emailed, and used the chat, and no one would get back to me. I had zero clue what was happening or if I was getting a puppy. I figured it was a scam. I got a call from the airport a day later saying they had a puppy waiting for me for an hour and a half. I rushed to get her, thankfully she was in perfect health. Overall a terrible experience but the puppy is very happy and healthy. Do NOT recommend.

I purchased a puppy on June 16th. I was sold a package of a private flight and a delivery to my home. Now all that has changed and it was never communicated. Managers do not return calls, recent photo request is not done, and prices are inflated. I am canceling my purchase.

We had found a chihuahua. Puppy spot was high on the price of this puppy. The original price of this puppy was $6,900 plus the relocation fee of $1,495. This puppy doesn't have any kind of Championship papers and also was Canadian Register instead ok AKC registered. They refused to let us examine the registration paperwork for the mother or father, as well as the grandparents' papers. We ask if it would be possible to pick up the puppy in Florida because that is where the puppy was at. Even with all the negatives, we were still willing to negotiate a price. I was told that they didn't negotiate. Said all the pricing was set by the breeders. So, I did make an offer of $3,500 plus the Nanny fee of $1,495. They said the owner refused the offer but said they would take $400 off. After going back and forth on the negotiations they ended up at $8,000, we were at $5,500. The money was ready, all they had to says was lets do the deal. This would still have been in excess to what the puppy was worth. Now here is the bad part. Puppy Spot said they don't set the prices. Well, they do because instead of the pricing going back to the $6,900 price they raised it to $7,495. They have 2 puppies we wanted but not at the outrageous pricing. Most breeders have a higher price if you are looking to breed. If you are unable to breed then the price is adjusted accordingly. Puppy Spot has some nice-looking puppies but they are severely overpriced. If you do purchase from them be careful and do your research. David

I would not recommend this service to anyone. On the day of delivery I called 3 different times and was given 3 different arrival times. Finally at 7:30PM the driver called just to find out he was over 3 hours away. By the time we received our puppy he was very shaken. Given how much they expect you to pay this is terrible service. I asked for a discount from a supervisor. He told me they will not consider it. Then the next day your phone will get blown up with all of their partners calling. After researching those companies especially "Third Party Pet" make sure you read the reviews before agreeing to do anything with them.

We went through the adoption process with two different puppies and both of them fell through. Communicating with Puppy Spot has been a nightmare. They are impersonal, robotic, and uninformed about their dogs. We even had the carrier service call us, excited and happy to tell us when our puppy was going to be dropped off at our home, only for us to explain that Puppy Spot had cancelled our adoption. They are unprofessional and clearly don’t communicate well with their partners. I do not recommend working with them at all.

my family had bought a Shiba off this site. The Shiba Inu came terrified. It was a very sick dog and came from a mill. Do not buy from PuppySpot, They give you sick dogs from mills that cost as much as cars, and they keep the profit for themselves just so you can call a number in the Philippines, And then they don't give you money back. They don't allow you to pick up the dog, and the shipping is 899 dollars.
