Fantastic experience! We purchased a miniature longhaired Dachshund pup named "Aspen" and we could not be happier. The folks at PuppySpot were kind, professional, great communicators, and eased all of our fears, especially when it came to being trustworthy and a legitimate business. We traveled about 9 hours to pick up our new girl and it was worth every minute! We sincerely thank PuppySpot for making our experience a very memorable one. CHEERS!

Paul my puppy rep was excellent. He educated me on the process. I was only interested in one particular puppy to be specific. He was very knowledgeable, polite and patient. Then it came down to decision. It was expensive in my opinion for a dog. I compared the prices with AKC Pom here in Calif and they started around 5k which was double of what I paid. I got exactly what I wanted also. Color, size cuteness. It was a great experience. I do feel the communication after the sale could be a little better after the sale. Which is probably the biggest concern for those who are writing these reviews. Especially considering the money you are forking out. The process took about 2 weeks exactly what they said. Came into the closet Airport to me so that was nice. Just a note always look into resuce shelters, humane society, and other kennels. You might save a boat load of money. Don’t take a dog you don’t want though. Thus is the reason I looked on puppy spot. Overall I give it 10 star. I was very confident this was not a puppy scam or my puppy did not come from a puppy mill. I talked to breader a couple days before and still do currently. My last comment is something you all hear often you get what you pay for. My little guy is worth every Penny I paid for him.

My puppy arrived as planned - even a few minutes early. Communication with the driver was excellent. My puppy was clean and in good health. I appreciated the letter that came with the puppy from the breeder. I spoke with the breeder and she answered all my questions and was very pleasant to talk with. The process was very professional. The puppy spot team communication was great. They promptly got back to me when I had questions. I would highly recommend puppy spot to others.

PuppySpot guided us through the purchase, preparation for the puppy coming home and the vet check and pointing us to the correct places for vet help. They have been an integral part of our experience of getting a new wonderful puppy. Thank you PuppySpot!

the team at PuppySpot was SpotON! We found not one, but two wonderful little girls to join our travels and are delighted with them. Lynn, who helped us with transportation was not only knowledgable but delightful to work with.
