Easy to select & purchase the puppy. Communication good. Would’ve liked more updates on our puppy by the breeder. A video of the puppy would have been good. Transporting our puppy to us was a concern in the beginning but worked out. They ran late due to traffic so was 11:30 at night and an hour drive from our home. The transportation company’s communication was great.

Everything went as planned with good updates. I don't like that you pay fully upfront and that it can take up to 3 weeks to get your pup. But all the bad reviews which had me nervous we far from the truth. I would recommend but would like a little cheaper prices and quicker time to get the puppy

Puppy is amazing! The process was a little frustrating. I spoke with at least 10 different people. They never seem to know exact answers at any given time. Some of them were rude and did not want to be bothered. My delivery was delayed a week due to an error on their part. The puppy was happy, clean, and excited to be picked up. The delivery guys were very nice and helpful. PuppySpot gives you a whole list of things you should bring. You don’t need half of those things. Bring whatever works for you personally. (i.e. vehicle, dog seat or crate, water, leash and harness.) You probably won’t need a lot of that stuff. Overall experience was good, but I would not choose to do that again. Good luck.

My initial experience was rocky due to the date that my puppy would arrive being pushed back . Also initially the representatives lack of correct information on the progress of my puppy . However, after getting a new representative to keep me properly informed it began to get better . Roxanne my puppy manager was amazing. She made sure that I was well informed about my puppy. She insured that my puppy came home healthy and safe . Sasha is everything that we expected, we love her . Thanks Roxanne.

Overall good experience & trustworthy! Make sure your pup is eligible for travel to your area. I was given the option for delivery but then was told my pup wasn’t eligible after all for delivery to my area. PuppySpot was accommodating & resolved this issue. The driver for delivery was 30ish minutes late & I understand traffic but an update would have been nice.

Good overall experience. The only problem was early misidentified client name and contact information persisted through the event including delivery of Hannah and created confusion throughout.
