We bought our (very overpriced) puppy from Puppyspot and we picked her up from the airport exactly 2 weeks later. The process of purchasing her was great. Our Puppy Concierge, Jordan, was kind, helpful and was able to answer all of my questions in detail and I felt confident in his answers. Jordan let me know we wouldn’t receive much communication until the travel arrangements were ready. I didn’t love that as I would have liked some updated photos or updates in general, but the chat option on the app always let me chat with a live person. The chat representatives don’t have much information either but they were nice. I got my puppy’s flight information exactly one week prior and it was lucky that I could take work off that day to pick her up. You need to make sure you’re able to clear your schedule if necessary to pick up the puppy because the flight is booked without any prior conversation. Picking up my puppy was easy and she arrived alert, healthy, playful and obviously well fed and taken care of. I received all of her paperwork and was happy to see she was up to date on all shots, health checks, etc. She acclimated quickly to our home, is potty training like a champ and has been the best addition to our family! I probably wouldn’t repeat this experience again simply due to the price but unfortunately, if you have a specific breed in mind, I believe this is probably one of the best ways to go.

Everything excellent except American Airlines can’t keep there flights on schedule

Overall great experience working with PuppySpot. After months of searching locally, I could not find the exact dog I wanted for our family. Puppy spot was great and we’ve had our little girl for over a month now, and she is happy and healthy. Will definitely use them again.

As a follow-up to my original rave review about my wonderful new puppy, I have to say I am so thankful to have him in my life and that PuppySpot helped make it possible. My initial interaction was so positive. It was a quick and easy process with updates every step of the way. Delivery was seamless and my boy, Harley-Bean, is happy, healthy, curious, and full of love and kisses. I could not be happier. We actually just expanded our family again this week when my daughter took delivery of her small bundle of love as well. Thank you! Highly recommend your services.

PuppySpot helped us bring home our dream puppy!! After purchase they quickly called to verify and do a quick phone screen. They constantly updated us through the app! Our puppy traveled via airplane (which had me SO nervous) but they made sure we knew every detail and our puppy was comfortable!!
