I am very pleased with the professional team that assisted us along the way until we met our precious pup. I only gave 4 stars because it would have been helpful to have spoken to the breeder myself ( measurements for harness, food questions..etc ) Loved my puppy manager Liz Smith but she was only in the early process. Also we paid for the concierge service for someone to fly our puppy to us. We were given the wrong airport info and it was up to me to follow up as I did not get revised flight info. I would recommend PuppySpot as well as use them again in the future now that I know the process. Thank you PuppySpot!! We are in love with our new lil guy!!

Very nervous buying a puppy online at first however everything went very smoothly. Plenty of information given when asked (app chat works good). Biggest surprise was after making the purchase you are provided with a ton of things to get you started. They're partnered with big companies like Banfield Vets and AKC who provide you with a bunch of discounts and free training aids. They also provide a "puppy pack" which gives you so many quality items that youll need for your puppy (bed, toys, etc) My 2 big complaints are 1. They do not show you where the dog is located until you make the purchase. i think it should at least show the state on the puppies page so you can get an idea of travel arrangements especially if your nervous about the puppy traveling far. 2. app is updated with latest info on puppy but i wish someone would call and give you all the details about travel. All i got was a text that said where to meet, no idea if he was coming by plane, train, or car. This was the most nerve racking thing of the whole process, but the puppy arrived safely, by car, and hes happy and healthy!

Love the puppy we received. She is good-natured and beautiful. She received a good health report from our vet. The experience with PuppySpot was a bit difficult. The first puppy we picked out passed away. The person who called to tell me acted like it was no big deal. It was devastating for me. It had taken me three years to pick out a new puppy after losing my precious Rocky. The communication on my Maggie was not very good. I had to call to see if she was really coming. The drivers of the van who delivered Maggie were professional and kind. The trip was difficult on Maggie but she seems to be as happy with us as we are with her. Again Maggie is a wonderful addition to our family. I am just not sure I will order a puppy online again. Thank you.

1. Improve on your app 2. Premier Pet Van should have labels or decal for identity 3. Copies of the puppies health records should be on file in the app 4. Allows us to add current photos and videos currently of our puppies

The interaction with the puppy spot associated was timely and truthful. The golden retriever we purchased is a high quality animal. The delivery service experienced a delay and made an error communicating the updated delivery location. The puppy required a bath immediately.

This is my second time getting a puppy from Puppy Spot. Overall I am very satisfied with the service. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the puppy’s travel plans kept getting confirmed and then canceled due to his age and weight. I would have preferred if they had just waited until he was the appropriate age/weight and then made a concrete travel plan. The young men who drove the puppy from Oklahoma to California did a wonderful job.

The experience was good overall. There is room though for improvement with health and transportation. My puppy arrived with severe infection in both ears. There were dead mites in his ears but there was no information provided on him having been treated for ear mites. He obviously was, or they wouldn’t have been dead. I also feel that for over $700 to pay for transportation for my puppy, that I shouldn’t have had to drive an hour and a half to pick him up. I understand that they were trying to find a central point for several dog buyers, but the distance was excessive.

Everything worked out. The only criticism is having the flight time changed from 11:45 to 7:45. I live very far from the airport and I didn’t get home till 11:00pm.
