1.Your sales people lied about the delivery method. They said via air to an airport near your home. 2. You advised me with NO options that I had to drive 120 miles to a small airport in the middle of nowhere to pick him up at 8a. I had to go the night before and stay in a hotel to accomplish the pickup. 3. He arrived with a large bump on his head that our vet drained and is treating. 4. Your operation is geared for the convenience of you and your delivery company with no regard for the customer.

I paid for a long hair miniature Dachshund. He had a DNA test (my vet automatically does it). According to the DNA test, he is 50% short hair, 37.5 long hair and the rest was terrier. I was furious. I called them and they offered me 300 dollars. I paid 2899.00 plus shipping. Then they said I could send him back minus shipping!!! If I wanted to breed him I wouldn’t be able to because he’s not full blooded long hair or short hair. They were rude and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I’m not sure of the exact date of the DNA panel, so I’m giving my best guess.

The puppy arrived sick with Giardia infection. The out of pocket cost to treat was close to $500 (!). Puppyspot reimbursement approved $100 out of that cost. To begin with, the breeder name as appeared on the puppy’s documents is identified as a puppy mill online. Terrible customer experience.

Received a puppy with ear mites, Giardia and conjunctivitis. Was told she was pad trained she is not. She will not walk outside. She eats her poop. I had to quarantine her from my other dog. Do yourself a favor and buy from a local breeder or adopt from a shelter!

I paid PuppySpot $4,683.98 for a Border Collie puppy, I was told it was so expensive because of the guarantee of a healthy puppy. My puppy, (unbeknownst to me) had a predisposition making her fatally sensitive to anesthesia. She died while being sedated to be spayed, only 11 months after she came to my home. I paid absolute top dollar for a dog with an average life span of 10-12 years. She died a month after her first birthday. PuppySpot offered me zero reimbursement, zero refund, no action or recourse of any kind, only an empty apology. This is not okay. Their sales people aggressively marketed their “Health Commitment” policy to me, even referring to it as a “10 year warranty” over the phone. It was a lie. I am heartbroken, my pain over her loss isn’t going anywhere. I am beyond furious with PuppySpot. Please do not be PuppySpot’s next victim. Because of using PuppySpot, I am left with a broken heart, I am out $4,683.98, and I have no puppy.

I purchased a puppy from PuppySpot to be delivered October 5th. Because of weather conditions the plane did not land. There were no measures taken to solve the delivery issue. I had to go the United airlines myself to hold a seat on the next flight for the chaperone. She could not make that flight because she was hungry. There was perfect flying weather in the mornings. I arranged another flight at 6:30pm, however that flight was delayed because of fog, but the airline arranged a seat for the chaperone on October 7th at 9am. It takes approximately 1 hour to fly from SF to Arcata, Ca. Instead PuppySpot decided to return chaperone and Uma ( puppy) to Chicago and return puppy to breeder!! PuppySpot could not afford one more hour to this situation….they have no regards for the well being of the puppies as stated in their commitment to you the customer. DO NOT USE PUPPYSPOT as a business to get a new puppy. Sincerely Diane

RUN!!!! HORRIBLE REVIEWS ON BBB!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NO ONE KEEPS YOU INFORMED OF THE PUPPY YOU ARE WAITING FOR!!! I AM BEYOND APPALLED. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE BREEDER INFO FOR UPDATES. WE HAVE TO RESORT TO THAT BECAUSE NO ONE DOES THEIR JOB!!!!!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK🤬🤬🤬🤬 Was supposed to get my puppy today and PuppySpot tells me the puppy I purchased a month ago is unavailable😳 WHAT!? DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH PUPPYSPOT!!!!!

Worst customer service, a lady named Lynne who 'helped' with the purchase was very rude on the phone, not letting me talk or finish my sentence, treating me as if I am an idiot who doesn't know how to make an online payment or check my email, very aggressive in speech. It has bern very frustrating trying to contact anyone in general from their company. When one pays $5k, you'd expect a better customer service but unfortunately we didn't receive any. After my complaint and cancelation request (via email because I can never get them on the phone) they still said they'll charge me $500. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
