Great customer service & made the process easy

Love my experience! I received my little Cava King Charles beginning of April. PuppySpot contacted me within 24 hours after my inquiry and called me direct. Once I paid the fee (actual vetted breeders) I received updates on my puppy's growing and vet visits before she travelled to me (with a puppy nanny). She is fantastic! The PuppySpot app gives me articles and I can easily keep track of how old my baby is (the app tracks your puppy's age). Very happy :-)

Contacting and interacting with the puppy concierge was a very nice experience. She (Linda F) was patient and knowledgeable on stepping me through the process. I have to say that I was a bit hesitant of the business model, in that I was not being able to meet the puppy in person. However, Linda did a nice job getting me to rationalize the benefits that came from having PuppySpot vet through the breeders and how so many others have had a positive experience. The only part that I had hoped to get was a bit more dialogue with the puppy managers after the purchase and before delivery as to where the puppy was being shipped from. Overall, I am thrilled to have our puppy at home now and would definitely recommend PuppySpot to others.

Peace.. we couldn’t have had a better experience. Communication was stellar. Buying process was great. Our new fur baby is now in her forever home.. she is healthy,happy & very very active.. 😂.
