The first person I spoke with when applying for our pup was very enthusiastic. He gave us tips for helping our pup transition to his new home. The breeder also reached out to us to check up on the pup. PuppySpot shipped a few items to help us get started: a cozy bed and blanket, toys, poop bags, a travel food bowl, etc. Our pup is striving and we are so happy to have him!

great communication, great documentation, the only thing is transportation I understand time and unforseen occurances befall us all but although the arrival time changed a few times the transporters were still professional and friendly. will definitely recommend Puppyspot.

Getting Jett was seamless Gina answered every question we had and we had a lot of them regarding his lineage Jett came to us from Indiana in a comfy van Our meeting point was in South Boston at 9:30PM We had no idea that his road trip was with ten other puppies.
