The individual who worked with us on the sale was a consummate professional. We were 6000+ miles away from home with a horrible internet connection on an island in the Philippines. He made it all happen on a single call during a typhoon like rain storm with cell connectivity weak. We knew the dog we wanted and had credit card in hand. He made it happen and stuck with us to make it come to a positive ending. Pup is now home. He modified the protocols to make it happen. A most sincere appreciation.

I had a great experience because of the frequent communication. They reassured me during every process, and answered every question. They are professionals and care about what they are doing.

I think it was wonderful. I got the puppy I wanted, in good health and happy. Thank you.

Our new baby is just gorgeous the whole process was seemingly easy. The wait was a little grueling but she certainly was worse the weight

I received my pet sooner than I expected. Over all it was a smooth transition.

I was nervous to spend so much for a dog online but the process was phenomenal! We are SO happy with our pup! I loved that the breeders updated photos and videos weekly so that we could watch him grow before he came home. The transport van was super communicative and the hand off process couldn’t have been easier. I love knowing our little guy was taken care of before we got him. I highly recommend puppy spot!

Very simple. Questions answered and I appreciate the detail. We love our puppy

We were so hesitant in buying a puppy from Puppyspot. One of our friends who bought her puppy through Puppyspot told us how convenient and trustworthy the entire process is. When we saw Charlie (formerly Hanna) we fell in love with her. The entire process was smooth and Charlie has been home with us for the past 2 days and she is such a well behaved and friendly puppy. We couldn't be more happier!
