I love my puppy she seems healthy I have had her one day. So the fact that I got what I paid for is a 5, but I would’ve like to know how little the communication is with puppy spot and their clarity of how far to travel was vague I was told no more than an hour and it was a little over 2 for me. Also I waited awhile because of my schedule and wanted updates but once you give them your money you don’t hear back until the transport service has their schedule to bring the pup to you. It’s a little unnerving but all in all so far so good with the pup

Communication is very good at puppy spot. I was constantly kept informed about my dogs health and transportation.

It was a bit hard to understand the method, but in the end we got a very healthy dog and it all worked out.

There was a snafu from staff getting the puppy’s travel information to me. First, it was not sent and when I finally got someone to email it, the form was not filled out. All information areas were blank. With persistence I finally had the travel information sent to me but with only a few days notice that I had a 7-hour round-trip drive to fetch him. All else was just fine.

I can only speak of my experience. We saw a puppy on their website, spoke with a rep the same day and moved forward with the purchase. They said it could take around two weeks for delivery because they try to coordinate deliveries per region. Less than a week later, we rec'd a care package that included a bed, a nice food bowl set, leash, collar, poop bags, toys and a blanket...so cute. A few days later we rec'd a text with a delivery date and time. The day before we rec'd a call from the driver confirming our purchase and specific puppy. Travel to the delivery spot was about an hour from our home. We got there early. The driver soon called stating traffic was good so he'll be there early. We noticed a few other people waiting as well. When the van arrived, they required photo ID and a signature then released our puppy with all the paperwork -which included a vet's health examination with proof of rabies shots, vaccines and the microchip number, the breeder info etc...it was a lot of paperwork. The driver also gave us a pouch of premium dog food. The puppy was extremely friendly, happy and looked very well taken care of. In anticipation, we had already booked an appointment with our local vet for the following day. After a lengthy physical (eyes, ears, nose, bone structure, paws, reactions...etc), he was given a clean bill of health. We brought along stool sample which they sent to a lab and it came back negative for worms etc... We've had him now a week and the family absolutely loves him and he's taken to us since the first day home. I called the AKC and they already had the puppy’s microchip number registered under my name. I took a star off my rating for price. As seamless as the process was for my experience, their prices are definitely way up there. The puppy plus delivery was more than $3,000. That's a lot for a mixed breed. They'd place and reach a larger customer base if their pricing was more appealing. That's just my take.

I gave the site a four star because overall I was happy with the outcome of choosing and receiving my new best friend. There were a few problems with Tele communication. Puppy Spot did not update my new address. I moved after paying and making travel arrangements and had told them about ahead of time because it was a planned move. They didn’t update this with the Breeders even though I called in three times to ask them to do this and they had assured me they would, then had. The Breeders went to old address and had to then travel even further out of their way. At the end of the day I would use this site again! Thank you for Nelson, he is settling in nicely.

I found a wonderful fur baby because of Puppy Spot, there were some bumps along the way. I have my happily ever after.

It was mostly an easy process. I've never gotten a puppy before so I didn't know what to expect. From start to finish everything just kinda worked. I would give 5 stars but there was about a week where only correspondence I got was auto-mated emails. Then when I couldn't wait anymore and reached out there was no response for 1.5 days. Ultimately they did get back to me and all was fine.
