I was skeptical about purchasing a puppy through an on-line source. I feared being offered a less than stellar puppy at an inflated price. PuppySpot eased my fears by offering puppies from vetted breeders. Though my Corgi came from a farm that raises three small breeds, her initial photos assured me she was a quality puppy. The transportation process was a bit expensive, but the puppy was attended to as she was brought across the country and arrived safely and not at all traumatized. I would use PuppySpot again if I were in the market for a purebred puppy.

New patient with an emergency repair (perfect storm) but they were welcoming, friendly and fixed my chipped tooth in under an hour the very next day. If my work schedule would have permitted they offered same day. I cannot recommend them enough. The fix to my tooth is flawless and I am picky. So grateful and actually looking forward to my cleaning in a few weeks.

Communication was good. Although the lady that I purchased my puppy from told me to contact her anytime and she never responded to my questions. Puppy Spot representative, Parisa, always responded promptly. So all is well. The communication of the delivery process was excellent! I never wondered what was happening. They kept me informed.
