In the initial search, Paul, our concierge was very knowledgable and helpful. This was my first puppy since Kindergarten. I've had other dogs, but got them as adults. Paul explained how things would work, what would be provided, when/how she would arrive. Everything worked precisely and was either early or on time. We have our little Lollipop (formerly Lolla) and we are in love!

PuppySpot was honest with all our questions. Nico was a little scared when handed off to me. He cried a little after being placed in our carrier, but that all changed when I got him home!
