We had a great experience with PuppySpot company. We were reluctant at first and took the risk( for obvious reasons- ordering a puppy online). But it’s all worth it. We fell in love with our beloved gem, named Makana! We just had to have her. She is indeed a wonderful Gift to us. She came in by plane from Michigan to California. They did a very good service and took care of our baby, Makana. Thank you for making it possible for her to arrive safely.

Everything was super smooth, I was kept informed along the way, and we have the sweetest, cutest pup! Can't say anything bad about the process!

I was sceptical, and hesitated.. incredible experience, Sarah actually helped me find better puppy, for what my mom needed. She was always available (after hours and on weekends). She put a ton of time into helping me, I backed out, she was cordial - I later came back and got the perfect puppy days later. Thought too good to be true, all turned out true!

Was not expecting to experience such great service with puppyspot. Our experience was absolutely amazing, from the beginning to purchasing our Bernedoodle BiBi, to her being delivered to a location near us in San Diego from Missouri. They always put there pups first, so if you think you can cut corners or request to get your pup before the time they hit there milestones it absolutely will not happen, have patience and rest assured your getting a healthy sweet pet. The communication from the beginning to the end, kept me at ease to know my little girl was taking care of until she made it to her forever home. I will 100% recommend puppyspot to anyone. I appreciate you guy's, and thank you for bringing our sweet little girl home safe and healthy.

Very easy to work with. Only frustration was the miscommunication between the sales team and the delivery team. Overall though we are very happy with our new pup!

The process was clearly explained and clear instructions were provided. I was a little skeptical after reading some negative reviews, however, the team was patient with me, answered all my questions, was reassuring, and so far things have worked out exactly as we hoped. Our puppy is wonderful and appears to be healthy.

We love our puppy. At first my kids had me convinced it was a scam. After receiving the puppy supplies it made us feel much better. Archie is so cute and his personality fits us perfectly. The only downfall was having to driving 500 hundred miles round trip. After paying so much, I wish he could have shipped closer.
