They organize the whole adoption process. They give you important information to have a smooth adoption. Only criticism is the directions to pick up your new family member needs to be more accurate.

We have had Georgie for a week now. I changed Kobe's name to Georgie as my daughter's dog is named Kobe. Georgie was delivered an hour earlier than expected and I was happy about that. He is a very loving puppy. Not potty trained yet (only a week) but he is doing well. We loved him as soon as he was delivered as he just cuddled with his head on my shoulder. We have had the vet to our house and she gave him his last shot for a year. He will be groomed today. Just wanted to say he has already become a wonderful member of our family.
