From the start, Jordan was friendly, helpful and answered ALL my questions!! He continued to be of help when I encountered an issue and had Will call me. Will was excellent as well. He listened to my concerns and gave me the answers I needed to feel confident in moving forward and assured I was getting a healthy puppy!! I want to start this review by saying if you use Puppyspot you will pay more than you would if you just found a breeder on your own. I’m now going to explain why it is worth every penny. I have owned many animals and have bought dogs from many breeders. Puppy spot has developed a unique brokerage model where they work with accredited breeders that breed excellent dogs. With their large network of breeders they have dogs that are available immediately they handle all of the pre-delivery medical and the delivery service is outstanding. Our new puppy arrived in perfect shape and she is an excellent new addition to our family. I could not recommend puppy spot more highly. It is an excellent service.
