Our puppy was delivered to us quickly. He was just as described and is the best boy.

The over all process was easy, picking my pup. There was either a misunderstanding on the delivery or the process is just to slow. I would also recommend that we get a copy of the food that is feed via picture or someother way to ensure we do not have to change his food. Also the generic emails about what to bring and things that help with a new puppy should be tailored to the actual dog that you are receiving. My was 6 months old, most if not all of the recommendations were not needed.

I was told that we were getting door to door delivery for our puppy, when we had to go to the airport to pick her up, all other promises were kept. Puppy is healthy and now runs the house, just as it should be. She is worth every penny that we spent for her. You were available to answered all of our questions and reassuring us that you were the real deal! THANK YOU!

We adopted a Puppy end of September. In the ad, the puppy was ready to go home, but when was the time to make the arrangements to get her home, we learned that she couldn’t, because she was less that 2 lbs. Now we had no problems with it, in a sense that it was better for her to stay with mommy longer. But my problem was more that don’t say the puppy is ready to go home when she or he’s not. When we adopt a puppy, we try to clear our schedule the best we can to have more time to welcome the dog, but it became hard when we actually got the puppy weeks after we had planned. Also, if you plan to go get the puppy yourselves, know that, at no point, you’ll be able to talk to the breeder, it makes the communication very difficult to set up a day and time. What should take a single phone call end up being days because you always communicate with an agent and never with the breeder. At the end, we’ve adopted an healthy puppy with a very good temperament. We could tell that she had been socialized, putty training had been started too. We are very happy with her, it really just the process to get her home that had been a long one.

The communication has been over the top!

I purchased two puppies and paid for two sets of tags and microchips. Somehow there’s confusion/miscommunication with the company who sends tags and enters data for microchip. This miscommunication is still not resolved, and I haven’t heard back from Puppy Spot. Also, they drove the pups in the same crate for two days, and the driver told us they fought often. They should have had their own crate.

The guidance and customer service, pickup arrangements and communication was great. I also loved that the breeder called me the day after we brought the puppy home, to follow up and answer any questions. I’ll definitely recommend PuppySpot to my friends and family! The reason I gave 4 stars, is because the ad/description of the puppy we bought, said the parents were both 5-6 lbs. After my puppy was home, I talked to the breeder, who told me that one of the parents is actually >8 lbs. The smaller adult weight of my puppy, was the main factor in deciding on him as opposed to other, less expensive puppies, so the fact that he will grow to be bigger than expected, is very disappointing.

The experience was great! So glad when I got my new puppy!
