The prices are quite elevated, communication is difficult, and the process lacks transparency. I had many questions that went unanswered when I was able to connect. There were multiple times when I called the line went dead or there was no one to talk to.

Did not like the inability to meet the breeder, pick up the puppy from its home. Did not appreciate the inability to have shuttle transport. Did not like the inability to be kept up with the puppy between purchase and pick up time. Did not like the fact that the puppy was immediately diagnosed with nystagmus. It would be quite easy for Puppy Spot to be a great, client-friendly business. It is not. If you are not going to make that effort, you should match clients with breeders, collect your fee, and then step out of the picture.

Did not disclose that puppy was deaf
The staff at Puppy spot were polite and kept you up to date on progress. I was told there were no issues with my puppy except a missing vacation. The vaccination was not an issue because I had a vet visit scheduled and they would provide this. The issue is that the puppy is deaf and this was never disclosed during the process. The lack of hearing was very obvious right away and confirmed by my vet. I would have appreciated an open and honest disclosure of the puppies condition. Be aware to ask questions when obtaining a puppy.
12/29 Puppy spot did reach out to me. They are actively working with me to resolve the issue. They have been responsive.
1/14 Final update. I am attaching documentation to support my review.
I was sent a dog that was not vaccinated as they should have been. I paid for the vaccination out of pocket and did not ask for reimbursement. I had the veterinarian confirm the dog had no hearing. I did not ask for any compensation from PuppySpot. Despite this they keep demanding that I give them documentation to prove the puppy is deaf and they want me to substantiate my claim. This agency was not transparent about the puppies condition and now behave as if I am in the wrong.
Below is the documentation that states the dog has no reaction to auditory stimulus and documents congenital deafness. I can run the vacuum right near this dog. When the mailman comes to my house the other dogs bark/go crazy and he does not have a clue that anything is happening and sleeps right through it.

my puppy has been diagnosed with stage 4-5 heart murmur. I was told by puppy spot it was a stage 1. I’m very unhappy, as this murmur decreases my puppies life expectancy.

Received a(7) month old puppy that smelled horrible, had feces on his back. Prefers to use his crate to go to the bathroom and lay in it. One testicle is retained therefor neutering will require abdominal surgery which is much more expensive. I should have been given this information. Puppy was not accustomed to living in a house as was stated.
