After we chose the (gorgeous!) puppy that we wanted, the process was easy and PuppySpot kept us informed. Yesterday we met the transport vehicle, and our dog was clean, happy and exactly what we wanted.

I love my new puppy! She was picked up tonight, October 5th. She actually arrived about 45 minutes early! Everything went so smoothly. The PuppySpot staff were outstanding with keeping me up to date on all the details. I recommend PuppySpot very highly!

The PuppySpot team as extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. From our first inquiry to the day we received our little guy, we received regular communication, updates and important tips to prepare for our new family member. We were uneasy about the ground transportation but the drivers were in contact as they got closer to our meeting spot and our puppy arrived clean, healthy and happy.
