A very positive experience! I was a little nervous in the beginning as this was a new adventure for me. PuppySpot made the entire process from the initial request for information to the final pickup of my beautiful Kodi smooth and professional. All my questions were answered and I had lots of questions. Kodi is a sweet boy and loves to learn. He's been a wonderful addition to my life and he sure keeps me on my toes!

We love our labradoodle from PuppySpot. We were worried she would be traumatized from her long trip (Ohio to California), but she arrived happy and healthy. Her checkup at our local vet confirmed she was in good health, other than having some tummy troubles adjusting to new food. As other reviews mention, there was little communication from PuppySpot between purchase and receiving travel info. It made me a little nervous, but PuppySpot met their commitments and also appropriately managed expectations by telling me up front that it would be quiet in the 7-10 days after purchase. We received our travel details 9 days after purchased as promised. We just received flight and pickup info and were asked to confirm we received the details. The time happened to work out for us, but I do wonder if there would have been flexibility if it didn't work since we weren't asked our availability beforehand. PuppySpot connected us to the breeder, who was able to answer questions about our puppy's parents. Direct communication with the breeder and learning more about their commitment to raising healthy pups made us much more comfortable and confident with the whole process. All in all, we had a great experience with PuppySpot.

Great experience. I had a wonderful poodle breeder who even sent me a binder with all the info on my new puppy. She also messaged me if I needed anything. At first I was very leary doing a long distance purchase but I have the best puppy and I'm so happy. I highly recommend them.

After being scammed while trying to find my first Cavapoo I was very wary. However, I found PuppySpot to be top notch professional, caring people who only deal with fully vetted, AKC approved breeders across the country. All puppies are veterinary examined and if any problems are found in the puppy you select you are notified and have the choice to accept the puppy or not. I loved having phone updates on the progress of my puppy and new pictures as she grew. I also asked for and received weights and pictures of the parents.I had such a great experience the first time that I got another puppy from PuppySpot the next year. They have both been the best, easiest to train puppies I've ever had. Both puppies were delivered to my door clean, happy and had obviously been started crate and house training by the breeder. Because Cavapoos are so tiny they would not send my puppies until they were at least 4 lbs which was 12 and 10 weeks. Which shows their concern over their health and well being. Most puppies are sold at 6-8 weeks regardless of size. If I ever want another puppy of any breed I will definitely go through PuppySpot!
