We are overjoyed with our little pup! This was our first time using PuppySpot. Initially the purchasing process was informative and went well. Our puppy was only 5 weeks so we had to wait until it was safe for her to come home to us. There isn't much communication after that which means everything is going well and your patience has to kick in. My only criticism was requesting updated photos and some tech issues with my online account. When I created an account online my puppy wasn't linked. I was told to email the Puppy Managers and I received an email saying they would reach out and not to send multiple emails since they responded in the order they were received and it would delay the process. I waited a week and still no response. Then I reached out to my conceierge and was told I should call instead. Once I contacted them they sent me an email on how to reset password but it still wasn't working so I had to make a few calls in order to fix that issue and also to get updated photos. Other than those two issues my experience has been great. My last Puppy Manager Michelle was amazing. She took care of all my needs and really helped ease my mind. When we received our new puppy we received all her necessary documents and extra food which was very helpful. Overall, we are very elated to have our new puppy finally home with us!

Finally ending up meeting Marta's carrier after two hours, things smoothed out.

I felt that most communication went well. I would have liked to speak with the breeder or whoever was caring for my puppy before I received him to tell me more about his personality & how he was being cared for while there. I felt that the website Pawrade gave more info on how he was being socialized & any training that was being worked on, if any. All transportation needs appeared to be met & he seems to be happy & healthy. Thank you

My new puppy is amazing. It was love at first sight. Her delivery to me was a good experience! Izzi's personality was just as described by Puppyspot. She came to me at 6 months of age, and she is adapting quickly. She plays well with other dogs and is a good fit for her new sister! The only thing that would have made this experience perfect would be that if my 6mo was able to pottie on her walks rather than holding it all in so that she is faithful to her pee-pad training.

Everything promised occurred and we have a great new addition to our family named Chief. Thank you Puppy Spot for helping to bring this great puppy to us!

While we were very unsure about buying a puppy off the internet, the process was very easy. Having several puppies to choose from, breed, size, color and showing some demeanor in a video - all helped us pick our puppy. The travel part we were so skeptical on how that worked, but American Airlines took care of him and got him safely to us. We’ve had our puppy for 5 days, and while the puppy stage can be crazy, we are in love with our baby!

PuppySpot gave us good service. They were helpful and gave us all the information I asked for. We got a 6 month old and ta 6 mreciated the puppy box they sent. Unfortunately PuppySpot apprears to send the same package for all puppies. Our guy is month old 60 pound Golden Retriever. Much of what they sent was suitable for an 8 week old puppy. Maybe should check out weight and age before sending box. This is more about the breeder and not PuppySpot. It does not need to be included in the review. It was only after I bought the puppy that I realized that there was a picture of a dog that looked very much like him (almost exactly) and had same birth date. After looking at his video I noticed that the boy playing with him ran around more than puppy. Raised in kennel after 8 weeks or before? The puppy did not seem to know how to play, at least outside. He was used to people, so that was good. Our puppy arrived with ear infections in both ears. Most gunky ears we have seen in one of our Goldens. This is our fourth. This was somewhat disturbing, given that he had been given a clean bill of health by a vet less than a week before. He was afraid of the leash when he got here. He is getting used to it, but it as if his only leash experience was when they put one on him to stick him in a crate for the flight. I would suggest a small amount of time for leash training for older puppies. Pup was pretty big klutz when he got here. Did not seem like he had been out much. He obviously did not know how to go up and down hills, but that was to be expected. Improvement in coordination has been great. Puppy seems to be healthy. He has a puppy appointment, but not for a couple of weeks.
