Puppy spot is one of the horrible companies I have ever used in my life .. when you have to buy a puppy they will call you every hr but when you a question and concern regarding your puppy they won’t call you back. They won’t even bother to call back or to talk. I brought a English bulldog recently and the moment he came he is so sick in less then a week I have to take him twice urgent care and once to a vet, he has a bad Diahorrea since he came to me and I was trying to reach Breeder and puppy spot what to do but no one called us back no response ntg. And English bulldog was piping 15 time a days he was so weak that he could nearly walk and I was spending money like water in vets appointment. Everyday I was calling and emailing the management still today no response I tried to do on priority still no email no call back . They gave me a very sick puppy and now I am spending money to take him to vets and urgent care his medications his antibiotics. But these puppy spot don’t give a dam what’s going on .. they never even call you back to check how’s puppy how he is doing . I brought this puppy for good $8800 and spending more money everyday trying to fix the Diahorrea . I emailed all the bills to puppy spot doctored email also still no response and till today Feb 15-2023 no response from them and my poor puppy is still in Diahorrea.

Purely customer service. It has 100% changed. We had amazing customer service in 2018 and again in 2019 from puppyspot. Our questions were never unanswered. In 2023 we had to beg for days for answers and call backs. The puppies were all equally terrific. It was the customer relationship that never happened with our 3rd purchase.

Everything went smoothly except- the puppy arrived with a clean bill if health from the vet, however the vet failed to check the underbite block. the puppy has a serious underbite, which was never mentioned or shown in pix. An underbite is a serious health issue! I would not recommend PuppySpot to anyone!

Terrible. We bought a Yorkie from them and she is just over 2 years old. She has a congenital trachea malformation with a stage 4 collapsed trachea. Terminal and poor prognosis with death eminent without heroic surgery attempt. Better advocating for the puppies and more thorough breeder screening is needed. They failed. As we did a review and more research on our breeder (through PuppySpot) we found out she had been cited for two 2022 USDA Violations when investigating puppy mills. We are devastated.

WARNING:! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My 16 month old puppy was diagnosed with bilateral elbow dysplasia and this company could care less. Never mind the fact that when RJ arrived at the airport I had to jump through hoops to pick him up as PUPPY SPOT was going to leave him in a crate and travel another 8 hours to drop off other puppies. They don't care about your dog or its health, they care about lining their pockets. Even though RJ's breeder had another German Shepherd with bilateral elbow dysplasia in 2017, they did nothing! This is not fair to these poor puppies! DO NOT BUY FROM PUPPY SPOT.

My experience with Puppy Spot was absolutely awefull. They called me repeatedly until I made the purchase and then communication became near non-existent. After 2 weeks I received an email that my puppy was going to be transported by truck from Indiana to So/Cntrl Tx and that I was to travel 124 miles by auto to pick her up at a truck stop. When I called & finally reached someone (1hr 12min. hold) I explained that I was told when purchising the puppy that she would be flown to San Antonio & that I would be instructed to pick her up there. The "Puppy Mgr" stated that she would look into the matter & call me back. I never received a call back. I emailed twice & only received an automated generic response. I had downloaded their Puppy Spot App to receive communication and immediately after I made the phone call regarding the transportation method, the App quit working. I called again to request help with the app and never received assistance. PLEASE READ the FOLLOWING. The day before I was to pick my puppy up at the truck stop (124 miles one way), I received a call from an airline asking if I was going to come pick my puppy up. The person stated that she had been there for a couple of hours and was wondering if I was going to get there befor they closed at 6:pm. NO ONE AT PUPPY SPOT COMMUNICATED THAT SHE WAS COMING VIA AIR, WHEN SHE WOULD ARRIVE, WHAT AIRLINE, NOTHING. Not an email, not a text, no phone call, nothing! If you show interest in a puppy, they will text & call daily until you pay for your puppy. THEN.....Silence. If you call, expect to be on hold for 60 min. plus. If they tell you they will call back, don't believe them. If you have trouble with their app, don't expect support if you require it. I could NEVER recommend the them to friends or family.

Everything was HORRIBLE! I paid to have my puppy shipped to me and paid the extra fee associated with that. It was delayed 4 TIMES! The breeder even forgot to bring the puppy to the airport! For as much or as little you pay I for one will NEVER recommend them to anyone or use them again. Horrible customer service as well. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use them!!!!!!!

My puppy is 5 months old, came with ZERO vaccines, infested with giardia and kennel cough. This service is supposed to be “no puppy mill” but cannot guarantee the conditions the dogs are in. It is SHAMEFUL to pay 3k for a dog and have to pay more in vet bills. Ultimately, the neglect of the care of my dog is truly sad and I will NEVER buy another dog from puppyspot
