I purchased a puppy from a good breeder through puppyspot. He is healthy and happy. The only reason for 4 stars id whenever you call puppyspot a question after you purchased your puppy, the agents I spoke with were not the same person and gave different answers to questions I had asked them. Each call a different agent answered and gave a different answer. I was happy they had a good breeder and she answered all questions. She called me to answer questions after my purchase.

I waiting to write this post to see how everything turned out over time, and I have to say, the puppy I received from Puppyspot is one in a million. Healthy, happy, well adjusted and super smart Cavapoo. I couldn’t love him more!! My one thing - they don’t tell you the breeders name and info until after you receive the puppy.. I did want it beforehand, but like I said, I have a stellar puppy so it all turned out great for me. Maybe it would have been unnecessary to have the info but at the time it would have been something to know. Anyway, I do recommend Puppyspot for anyone looking!

Everything was fine, but the delivery of our puppy was 30 minutes late. We called Puppy Spot, and didn't really get any answer. Finally the puppy arrived, and then everything was fine.

Health guarantee is a comfort considering the overall cost. Most operators were very helpful. New policy of black mailing buyers to forcibly get insurance is a terrible policy. Any responsible owner would be taking their pet to the vet for regular checkups and shots.

Everything went pretty smoothly with the purchase of my new puppy. It could have been a better experience if I had received more puppy updates like weekly photos, feeding history etc. My puppy has an umbilical hernia which was not communicated to me and will require an extra surgical cost to fix during his neuter.

For the most part it was very good. One not so experience with one of your people.

Love the dog. Disliked the dearth of any communication from the team once the sale was complete. Travel information was provided in an email just days before she was shipped. Not happy with the traumatized, shut down dog that arrived in New Mexico. We are working hard to make her feel safe, loved and home for good. Would never buy another dog this way.

Shipping was missing clarity. Was told a person was accompanying her, then was told ground travel. Ended up being shipped in cargo. I was not pleased with that arrangement.
