PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

We recently found out that our puppy is actually from a puppy mill. We love him and will give him an amazing home but your website is full of lies about how you find reputable breeders. I was able to google the breeders name and the information that was available to me was disgusting. How you can support is awful industry is beyond me.

Our puppy arrived with a fractured hind leg, the transporters gave us the wrong food, and NO ONE from Puppy Spot would return our calls or emails for 48 hours -- completely pathetic and unacceptable absence of customer service. In short, there is absolutely NO empathy or support from Puppy Spot staff. It's the equivalent of working with a dysfunctional department of motor vehicles. Kind of funny how when you're purchasing a puppy the overly aggressive sales people call you 10 times a day, texting and emailing incessantly -- because they are simply under pressure to "sell" their products, however when there's a problem you can't seem to find anyone to return a phone call or email. I wouldn't hire Puppy Spot to transport a bag of apples -- My vet was right when she told me "it's unfortunate organizations like this one exist at all." The only reason I gave Puppy Spot a one star rating is because zero stars was not an option.

Puppy arrived sick was in ICU for four days. fortunately she survived but I had to eat $2000 in vet hospital bills on top of what I paid for puppy .

Chihuahua was not a chihuahua. Parents couldn’t have been sizes and breeds listed. Puppy arrived sick. Vaccinations had to be repeated, because they were done too soon. Customer service was rude Vet Techs contradicting actual veterinarians.

When e picked the dog up, he was covered with urine and feces, head to tail. $340 vet exam bill to cover Hookworm, Giardia and Kennel Cough symptoms and a $430 topper for a trip to the emergency Vet last night. We were also the recipients of the great news that the puppy has a hard heart murmur, but we have more to come on that one. Many thanks for providing the Puppy Mill dog………

You want me to be honest, helpful and constructive, I dearly wish PuppySpot had been that way. I was delivered a dog who had been raised in a crate! Terrified, shaking, didn’t know about grass, dirt or pebbles. Barely knew how to walk around. Is still frightened of men!!

I received a puppy that came home sick within the first week was to the vet and also had worms have had to get help to feed her every couple hours.

Honestly I will not be recommending puppy spot to any potential dog owner in the future. It is not so much the employees of puppy spot but rather the procedure when procuring the dog and the terrible communication with the breeder. I was unable to even contact the breeder for photos, Health review, nothing. I had no idea who I was buying from and we got this shady paperwork saying she was all clear from the vet. Turns out she was riddled with Giardia and looked so skinny that it was borderline animal abuse. They say that they don’t use puppy mills but in all honesty I believe mine came from one. They really need to revamp how they do things otherwise I’m never using the service again. I give this one a 2/10
