Could not be happier! Everything went as promised. Puppyspot was patient & helpful during the purchasing process and AA / Cargo staff took good care of Brindley (previously Tara). After a busy and nerve wrecking morning, Brindley quickly acclimated to our home & family. It’s only been 24 hrs but she doesn’t really bark or whine and is potty trained.

Yes, I was told when my little furry friend would be delivered by American Airlines. They were right on time and the instructions that I got at the airport was right on time everything that I was told was right it was a great experience.

It felt it was too good to be true however this was a great experience in finding a puppy for my folks and a week later we got one for our home as well. Kristen was very pleasant to work with and also gave me the run down of what to expect throughout the process. I trusted the process and it played out as spoken. I called a few times to get more information and either was assisted by another representative or for certain matters they connected me to Kristen. It’s normal for some things to take 24-48 hours so just calm down and wait for the call back or response via email. Erin kept us up to date regarding travel details via text and email. I haven’t had any problems communicating with PuppySpot. We picked up our first bichon frise puppy today and there’s a reason for all the things they advise you to bring. He came to us healthy, in good spirits and upon settling in for the night, we realized he must have come from a loving home. He did well for his first bath, blow dry, brushing, has been desensitized to noises, and we were lucky to have him use the grass patch we got although I had to catch his poop in my hand while I tried to take him to his potty area. The pup package was a great starter kit for us and the carrier he was brought in was for us to keep. We signed up for Fetch pet insurance after comparing to other companies. We also got videos to help train through K9 Training Institute. The whole process was quick and easy. We have a wonderful HEALTHY puppy! We were skeptical for a minute, but PuppySpot kept us updated every step of the way. We received a surprise box of goodies (blanket, food, toys, dog bed) before our puppy even arrived! Our Vet gave us a big thumbs up on the purity of the dogs breed and and a healthy report. Amazing experience! This was my first time getting a puppy so I was a little nervous with how the process would go. PuppySpot made it so easy and seamless! They were super helpful and supportive every step of the way. Our new puppy is so happy and healthy, we couldn’t be more thankful.
