Nothing BUT SUPER FANTASTIC !

We liked being able to bring home our new puppy/baby that w/o this service would not have been possible, since he was over 800 miles away. Everyone was very friendly and professional and took care of all the details. And we only had to drive an hour away to pick him up. It was very easy and exciting.

Luna is exactly what I expected. Great experience!

Our new puppy came happy and healthy. We took her to the veterinarian 2 days after arrival. She passed everything with flying colors. The only negative was that we had to drive to Reagan Airport in D.C.. This was in no part due to the fault of Puppy Spot. Apparently things have changed since Covid. BWI no longer accepts live animals in the cargo transport area. The employees at the cargo of American Airlines in DCA were top top notch. It made the 12 hour round trip worth it. The price was high. I would like to know what happens to the puppies that do not find a home. Would puppy spot please answer this publicly on this platform?

Wow! We are over the moon with our toy poodle. She bonded with my husband and I this minute she was in our arms. Our breeder was exceptionally and provided us with all the paperwork needed. She is a gentle and sweet puppy. She slept through the first night with no problems. We had her in a soft material crate on the bed. She could see us and I put my hand next to her so she could feel secure. Thank you so much for such an amazing puppy! We are in love with our Mini Toy Poodle. AKA Mini

Everything was great, and puppy was delivered in excellent health. The only issue was the pickup spot. Had to drive 1 1/2 hours. But Thor was worth it.
