I have been looking at the puppyspot site for some time now. My initial experience was not so good as the puppy I was originally trying to purchase was sold seconds before I was putting the deposit down. I am so happy with the puppy I have. She is beautiful! Linda F. also told me my puppy did not have a microchip when she actually does so there was some confusion there. Other than that the transporting of the puppy went really smoothly. I am happy to see that she came from a five star breeder as well. Thank you Puppyspot!

I was not familiar with PuppySpot before using the service a couple of weeks ago to adopt our puppy. I could not be happier with my experience. I submitted an inquiry on Thanksgiving morning, assuming someone would get back to me days later. Instead, I was immediately contacted by a representative who was friendly and knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He instantly emailed me more information about the puppy I was interested in. The moment I decided to move forward, I was again contacted within minutes by another representative congratulating me and discussing the next steps. My puppy was home less than 2 weeks later. The entire process was friendly, professional and simple. My puppy is just as described in the blurb about him and has a very calm and sweet demeanor. Since receiving him, I received additional emails with special offers and deals available for insurance, vets and other expenses. I would definitely use PuppySpot again.

Their level of communication during the whole process was excellent. The puppy I got is just wonderful, I seriously couldn't have gotten a better dog.Also the ten year warranty on health is huge too.

The fellow that I met to pick up Anthony Now George V. Really is a nice guy. I saw people with blankets going over to a Gray Van.. I drove over, and heard puppies when I put down the window. I asked if he is PuppySpot dogs delivery. He said yes. I let him finish up with people and their NEW Pups. They cleaned up my pup everything went perfect. He also is a dog lover I told him Georges name and told him I have HAD 12 Goldens + other breeds. He HAS 13 and all different breeds, some are working dogs..... Really is a nice guy.
