They mostly did what they said, but it was real hard to get answers once they received the payment. They were not concerned about the comfort level of the purchaser

The whole process was easy. The customer service person should have more information on hand when a question is asked about the puppy you are buying and not need to wait for a phone call that never happens. the breeder that Sergio came from took very good care of him. he has not had a accident in the house yet and I have had him for a week now. good job to the breeder. His first check up should that his baby canine teeth did not fall out. I was not expecting to need to put money out so quickly to have them pulled out.

Overall the experience with PuppySpot was excellent. The transportation with American Airlines was a nightmare. We contacted the airline 3x the day our Puppy was scheduled to arrive. We were told all 3 times that everything was fine, and her flight was on time. We made the long trip out to the airport to pick her up, and were told she had missed her connection at LAX. We then had to wait a full day, and make another trip out to the airport. When my wife arrived she was presented with the wrong dog in the wrong carrier. Apparently dogs and crates were mixed up during layover at LAX. This created additional stress, and obviously not ideal to have different dogs share crates.

We love our new Puppy but the communication could use some work. I had a great experience purchasing my pup but after she was paid for there was no response and no communication for a few days. I had sent a text asking a few things and never got a response. The 7-10 day window that you wait for your pup's travel information is a long stretch to not get any updates regarding your pup, especially after seeing some bad reviews on your page. I hope your team considers it to update the pup's parents throughout the travel plan time. Just a quick email letting them know that you are still working on the details would help ease the stress. Especially since they spend so much money on a puppy.

The delivery of our new fur buddy was impressive. The pet companion was unbelivably sensitive, communicative and handled our 8 week puppy (Shih Tsu) with such loving care. The experience overall was marred by two issues - communicating of the travel plans a few days before had to be requested twice before shared and then contained a 9AM pickup time when it was 9PM. These two issues were not impactful more than disorienting given that the travel companion was in touch all the time and corrected the timing error. More attention to these details regarding travel arrangements should be addressed. Otherwise, the experience and care of a small puppy traveling was exemplary. The breeding and condition of the puppy equally amazing. In the end could not be happier!

Easy experience and all went as planned. I wish I knew more and could read/see more on the breeder to verify they are not a mill and treat the parents with breeder standard respect
