Puppyspot breeders/corporations four initial guarantees were very important to me. Phone call between company representative and myself provided information regarding my dog choice but did not press me to purchase the dog. Breeder sent the dog in good condition on the date specified. Would have liked grooming (around eyes). Puppy aftercare instructions available for customer. Goodies box provided by Chewy for puppy weeks after puppy arrival was appreciated! Jill Schostag

The customer service was excellent in the beginning,intil I had a day or two before I was supposed to pick up my puppy,I spoke with two different female who didn’t seem as friendly and caring. But I still give puppyspot a five because most of my interactions with customer service was great,

Our wonderful puppy Maggie came to us just a week ago. Waiting for her arrival was the only hard part. We purchased our Cavalier puppy on Jan 1 and met her at the very nice transporter, Dalton on Jan 18. He had 2 more puppies to deliver. I drove about 40 minutes to meet him. I was concerned the long road trip might be traumatic for Maggie but I could see she had been well cared for. Puppyspot does a great job of communication thru the whole process. I liked that they used phone calls and texts. The website is good with several photos of each puppy, but it’s the video made by the breeder that was the reason I picked Maggie. I could see that she had a huge play area with a lot of toys and stimulation. Our family is in love with this precious girl. She is affectionate, healthy and active. A friend said we got “the perfect puppy.” I was a bit nervous about picking a dog off the internet but Definitely recommend Puppyspot. The experience was very good.
