Regular communication, but mostly autogenerated. It would be nice to have one liaison to work with versus several different people each time. I can only describe this process as a "covert operation". It felt like keeping the buyer in the dark related to who the breeder is, is ridiculous. Why would this critical information be so top secret. even after I received by puppy (who is now the light of my life), there was no identifying information on the breeder. I literally only have a first name and didn't get the contact information until the night before the pickup. Extremely anxiety inducing.

The buying experience was great. And the transport that was arranged also went really well. I just wished there was more communication in between and that I was provided more information about my puppy.

Puppy Shot did not deliver the puppy to me. We had to go through two states to get the puppy. But I really love the little one.

It took me a bit to figure out how to down load my billing information on my computer. For me it was easier to use my phone with a picture. Once the bill is paid I can simply delete the pictures. I especially liked how quickly you responded to my submission. I'm sure I'll rate this higher once I receive payment.

I spoke to 2 different reps before reserving my puppy. They were both very informative sent pics of both puppy parents and stayed in touch while I waited for my puppy to come home. They answered all of my questions and were the absolute sweetest guys. Thank you so much for making this a very positive experience

Initial communication was excellent. Then, it slacked off after payment was made. I had to reach out for status changes. That wasn't a good experience. The dog arrived on time and was ready to come home.
