I receive my puppy in May, and from the time he left the puppy mill, and when he arrived, he made contact with another dog that had Giardia. I have to pay for all the anabiotic’s. Puppy spot is not taking responsibility and getting it out of every way of helping me with the costs when the puppy came down with a virus in their care. I do not recommend taking possession of a puppy without a Giardia test because they will not cover or help with cost, shame on them. Poor very poor customer service and won’t help the customer with the cost. Do not buy from this company. They are a puppy mill.

We ordered the puppy two weeks ago. They were very friendly until they received the money. Then told me it would take two weeks to get the already 9 week old pup. They gave me a tentative date. Never heard from them again. When I called they acted like I was bothering them. Two days before the tentative date, I called again. The woman was very rude and said it would be another 16 days and still was tentative. I demanded a refund and she hung up on me. Now when I call, all I get is music and then disconnected.

I will never buy or Recommend Puppyspot, because our Golden Doodle was shipped with 20 other dogs, And got Kennel Cough, For the $700.00 plus Dollars we spent to get our Puppy here I was not told puppy would be shipped with multiple puppies. As such we had to deal with a Sick puppy for Three plus Weeks, And the Meds gave our Puppy loose Stool, for weeks, So instead of Enjoying our New Goldendoole we had to Deal with a Sick Puppy. Also we Lost a crucial window for socialization for our puppy, for Three plus Weeks!!!!! I have E:mailed Puppyspot 2 times and Requested a Full Refund For Travel Expenses, But have not head back from Puppyspot... So if u buy from this Company find out in advance how your Puppy will be delivered to you. Bottom Line We Are Very Mad And Dissatisfied With This Company. And If We Don't Get Our Refund, I'll Be Looking For Another Alternative.

I would NEVER recommend PuppySpot. We have had nothing but health issues since receiving our puppy on April 13th. Because of the exposure to multiple other dogs, our puppy contracted kennel cough. We have spent over a thousand dollars and they only reimburse up to $300. After spending $5,000 on the puppy we are beyond frustrated!! From the start, we were misinformed. I will never use this service again. Highly recommend working with the breeders directly!!!

By far the worst customer service I have had with any company in my life. Absolutely a terrible company. Especially for people that want updates or information on their pets after purchase to delivery.

We purchased our puppy back in 2013 A Yellow female Labrador. She became a child to us. She was an indoor dog and was only outdoor when we were out so we could supervise her, just like you would with a real kid. Jump to 2022 she needed surgery for a torn ACL.We researched the best board approved vet surgeon around. After her surgery she wasn’t healing. We took her back in for another check up. Vet told us she had bone cancer. Remembering her guarantee we contacted the company in which we bought her from. At the time it was Purebred Breeders but is now named Puppy Spot. We contacted puppy spot in January 2023 after the death of our beloved lab whose life was taken too soon. We had a guarantee on her for 10 years. She died before her 10 birthday which is June 5 2023. Our Dakota girl died from osteosarcoma. A cancer that is a carried through genetics. We faxed every vet bill to puppy spot. After puppy spot reviewed our paper work and X-rays from our board certified vet they have told us that they have denied our claim. They said we have to prove our pet didn’t die from osteosarcoma due to environmental causes.How can we do that? They found a loop hole and we can’t prove it. Bottom line our dog died too soon from a cancer many say is hereditary. Many reviews state their puppies come to their owners sick or with broken limbs, malnourished, and with diseases.Please DO YOUR RESEARCH. Even though it’s convenient to buy online it’s best to buy in person from a reputable breeder. These people only care about their stocks. They earned 6.4 million in 2022. I feel this company doesn’t look into the depths of where these puppies come from, but how they can fill their pockets. How do you know where the puppies come from? Do you have people that check these locations? Because if you don't; you should. Great Hill Partners in Boston and all you fantastic CEO’s of this company, you need to take a deeper look into your reviews and see what people are reporting about them. Your puppy spot company has the worst customer service. We have been dealing with this for 4 months. That’s how long it takes your employees take to work on a customers claim. Our puppy was sick when we got him and has been in ICU for 2 days. He may not survive.

Bought a puppy from PuppySpot, paid for a pure breed and we recently did DNA testing due to our dog having some health issues. Our dog is only 20% the breed we a lot of money for, we love him but he has 5 different breeds in his DNA, I would think twice about paying thousands for a puppy from Puppy Spot. Complete fraud.
