Everything has gone smoothly and I love the puppy! When i went to pick him up in West Springfield in the pouring rain the transporter was right there waiting. The puppy is such a delight. He seems extremely intelligent and is very loving and already is starting to be house trained, after only one day with me!

The driver was very professional and very friendly. He was already there when we arrived. He was very caring about the safety of the dogs. The transition, all the communications from the company, and the hard work of the driver went smoothly and was very appreciated. It was evident my puppy was well taken cared of for the 2 day trip. Thank you very much. Puppy Spot was extremely communicative and a pleasure to work with. We love our Mini Bernadoodle. We are so happy!
