Good delivery. My pup was supposed to be accompanied by a human. Never saw a human. Was disappointed.

Right from the first initial contact with Linda Fernandez. We can’t say enough good towards how we were looked after in the purchase of our pup to getting her home to us. Throughout the journey, the communication was great, we knew what was happening all the time and lastly, regarding the travel of our pup. The folks bringing her to us said the would arrive at 10:45AM this past Thursday, they actually arrived at 10AM. So in summary if you are looking for a pup, I would highly recommend PuppySpot for your purchase.

Everything was smooth from the beginning (picking out our puppy) to the pick up of our puppy! The only thing that I would suggest is letting us know what type of food the breeder sends with the puppy. We will transition him to the food of our choice. Although I have had the joy of adopting several poodle puppies in my lifetime, I had never done so without holding and playing with the pup in person first. I was very nervous adopting a puppy online based on description, photo, and video. PuppySpot made the process painless, simple, and I love my new fur baby. Nora is exactly what they represented. She arrived via a courier driver and was in excellent condition (although a bit heavily perfumed). After a quick bath, she settled in immediately with my current 2 year old poodle and they play together beautifully. My vet checked her out and confirmed she is in excellent health. I am very happy with Nora and PuppySpot.
