Our experience was easy and went smoothly. After losing our family pet of 12 years and being strung along for 2 months by a breeder, PuppySpot helped us welcome a new member. Candace answered all of our questions and moved quickly when we inquired about a puppy. She got us in touch with the breeder and we were able to ask more about their puppies. We drove about 3 hours to pick him up because we were really excited and couldn’t wait. The breeder was very friendly and loving and our puppy was very happy and healthy. She followed up for a week after and asked how he was doing. PuppySpot sent a pretty nice puppy package full of toys, a bed and all kinds of things. The only thing that I would say is that after the payment was sent, communication could’ve been a bit better. But, that being said, Candace did help on her day off to get the pick up scheduled. I would consider and recommend using PuppySpot again.

Staff was very helpful with getting our puppy

The PuppySpot website was so easy to move around in and view all the puppies and their prices. Everyone I spoke to or texted with was really helpful and genuinely interested in helping me find my perfect match. And then after purchase, the staff communicated with the breeder to work out delivery and she met me halfway between her home and mine. We both traveled an hour and a half, and it was a pleasure to meet the breeder in person. It's been a week now and I'm totally in love with my new Maltese puppy. I'll definitely be a returning customer if I decide on another pup. Two thumbs up!

Your company had great customer service in accommodating me regarding Cade's delivery. The people I spoke with there were intelligent, helpful, and pleasant. These assets are becoming increasingly rare in most company's customer service today. I also like the literature and educational emails you forwarded. Overall, a class act.

Customer Service was great! It was easy, and they kept us informed throughout the process. We purchased two puppies, which both came from two separate qualified breeders. The prices were reasonable compared to many other kennels. We have both puppies, and we're very happy. I'd go back to PuppySpot again.
