The experience was wonderful. They were very informative. Their reputation proceeds them. I got a healthy beautiful little puppy, and they walked me through it until she arrived.

The puppy is adorable. She is very trainable. She does not like to be alone, so she follows me, my wife and daughter around the house. She has gone on the papers in the bathroom. We were worried that she never barked, but once she has peed, she lets out a loud single bark to indicate she wants out. She learned to go up and down the stairs to our beds and visits us to lick our faces. We took her to the dog beach but she can only swim in one direction - toward the shore.

The entire process was beautifully handled by the entire staff. I found the most beautiful and amazing puppy through PuppySpot. The loss of my sweet Hannah after 16 years of togetherness, left us devastated. PuppySpot understood our loss. They cared. Hannah taught us how to love unconditionally. Her legacy lives on.
