My puppy arrived feisty and well, when he arrived at cargo from American Airlines. I feel PuppySpot answered all my questions as best they could. My only reason for not giving a 5 star, was because the breeder supplied pictures showing the puppy with at least one blue eye. he arrived with almost black eyes. I originally picked the puppy from the photo because I thought he had blue eyes. I feel the breeder was dishonest. However, we do love the fluffy puppy and he is loved.

Buying a puppy was very easy and I do have relative confidence that the puppy comes from good stock. I was specifically looking for an older puppy that would be housebroken already by the time it arrived, as I don’t have the bandwidth or wherewithal to do puppy house training. I was assured by PuppySpot via the breeders that my puppy was already housebroken. That was good news and the basis for my decision to select this particular puppy. Bad news: he’s reverse house trained — he ONLY goes indoors, all over my carpet, rugs, and floors and holds it when he’s outside. I now have to spend $2000 to get him potty trained, on top of the $5000+ I paid for him. Communication was poor as well. From the time I paid for him until he arrived, I had to continually follow up and request updates. I didn’t get any update until just before he was finally about to be delivered. I must add that, after alerting PuppySpot to these issues, they were very responsive and helpful. I appreciate the way they handled things. It sounds like the miscommunication came from the breeders and not PuppySpot.

The best part was the experience wastalking with Patricia in Customer Service. She went out of her way to go into deep detailed explanations in answering my questions. Emails weren't as speedy or in details.

The puppy is a great little beagle. Wonderful puppy I love. A couple of things less than perfect. 1 I got 3 ticks off the little guy. 2. The rabies vac was incomplete the manufacture's code was missing. Invalidating the vac. 3. A form for interstate exam (I was told should be filled out) was not with him. But he arrived on schedule and in great shape. I love the little guy.

You believed my niece lies about my mental health

Everything went well with the ordering and customer service. The only thing is that it took longer than expected to get the dog. Around 3 weeks almost, and we were told that we would most likely get it between xmas and new year. So it took an extra week. Another thing is that this is the second time we get a dog from puppy spot and first time was delivered at home, and this time I had to go somewhere to get it. They say it's because of gas price. I think if you said it was an extra $20 most likely people would pay for it. Gss is not that much more expensive. Besides that, everything else was good. Also get the fetch insurance.

Puppy spot were very responsive and the site is easy to use. We would have been on a wait list for months to find the size and breed we wanted locally so I appreciate the nationwide reach. Transport by land via premiere pet was excellent; puppy arrived happy and energetic and clearly well cared for. I had two complaints and one strong suggestion. (1) My online account is still not functional due to some systemwide technical difficulties that have persisted several weeks. Given that all the pertinent information was housed in the account, this was disruptive. (2) the pick up instructions included detailed information about bringing replacement bedding but none of this was needed; it should be removed from the instructions for ground transport. My suggestion is to include measurements (weight, neck, girth) in the final health check and communicate this to clients so they can better prepare. Due to not knowing the puppy’s size we arrived to the pickup with a too large harness and did not have a collar ready till several days later. New Jersey requires dogs to be secured in the vehicle which made the harness necessary, and it would be very easy to let the puppy slip away during the first few days without a well fitted collar. I understand that many adoption services will not allow you to walk away without verifying that the pet is wearing a well fitted collar due to this risk, but I was simply handed a puppy in the parking lot. It would be smart to empower clients with size information shortly before pickup to ensure safety and compliance with local guidance.

Initially I was hesitant to proceed with PuppySpot due to so many online scams. Thinking about the process I feel if more video information of actual breeder(s), transportation partner(s) information and testimony would help reinforce and further validate website, I didn’t get that initial feeling, perhaps something like meet the breeders and meet the transporters, etc. Staff did a terrific job communicating and answering my concerns. I would of liked that the Veterinary staff communicated directly when Elsa (Fiona) got sick and delayed transport. Lastly, it would greatly help explaining clearly that the reason why delivery will not be to your door is because a location is selected that is central to all other customers receiving there puppy that day in the region or area, to better understand why the distance. All in all I did receive Fiona, transporters were kind and helpful. I got her home and now just enjoying her.
