The people on the phone are very nice and helpful. We are very happy with our little guy.

Overall was good experience. 1) the arrangement for travel details could be handled much better, taking into consideration the Puppy Buyer. 2) I would have appreciated being more informed about just what Poppy knows, can and cannot do, experience re leash walking and potty training (was advised she knew to go on grass. NOT)

Customer service, was very good. Had some difficulty pinning down delivery, but overall a good experience.

We were told the puppy was to be hand delivered. Last minute she came by air. Very expensive.

Delivery drivers were awesome. Great communication until delivery was made 100%. The rest of the process there was very little communication once payment was made. Even the customer portal has no information that I can refer to still.

The person to person communication was excellent and all went well with my puppy pick up. What did not work for me was their 1) Puppyspot webpage: would not allow me to see my profile. I resent my email several times and never received the confirmation email 2) Free tags- entered my phone number 3 times and never worked Otherwise I was very happy with the service. My puppy Bailey is perfect!
