PuppySpot people were wonderful to work with. Kept us informed all the way up to our delivery yesterday. Premier Pet Transport LLC (Dallas & Nathan)also texted several times once they picked up our puppy until they delivered my grand dog. Sure hope they deliver my new puppy in April. Highly recommend PuppySpot and Priemier Pet Transport.

Brooke truly made me comfortable using a service on the internet i was unsure of. Everything went according to plan. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend puppyspot to family & friends.. Spencer was exactly what we expected him to be & more!!! We had our family dog pass away in January and Brooke truly helped make this the best experience as possible!!!

We had a great experience with Puppyspot, from beginning to end. Puppyspot made it absolutely easy to pick out our puppy with their website. Then even with the pick-up was easy to get to and the person who delivered him was so polite. It was a great experience!!

Nathan and Dallas from Premier Pet Transport LLC were awesome. They kept me updated as to the procedure to get my puppy. They contacted me the Tues before the expected date to let me know where they would be and what type if car they had. The day of they called to let me know their ETA. We met and they checked my ID. My puppy was in great shape and well taken care of. They did a super job transpoting my pet from Missouri to Florida.

Puppyspot staff was always helpful and they gave me all needed information and answered questions. Timeline for getting puppy was met. Pet transport stayed in touch and keep me updated and arrived a couple of hours earlier than scheduled, but did contact me to be sure that was ok with me and they had all needed paperwork for Janey.
