What made my experience great is the time they took to answer and explain in detail the answers, additional phone calls to follow up, and working with my budget. My Rex came healthy and happy. Everyone loves him.

Everything was great except the pickup location. I don’t understand why the puppy could not be flown in to BWI

We received our new family member yesterday ! We must say the experience was excellent ! From the first conversation with kelvin your representative to the pick up at the airport. Our puppy arrived in good health and good spirits. I think that more info about the breeders and the dog itself would have made it a better experience. There is always a question of trust and dogs personality that is not communicated. That is important. It also makes the decision better as to the personality that fits your lifestyle better. Having a Veternarian as a daughter also brings another level into the formula. We have had many cavaliers over the years and know their traits and issues. So having more of a personal communication would make it better. We must say this one ( was his name) has within minutes become very acclimated and very friendly and in great spirits ! As soon as he arrived , we took him to the car let him out of his crate in the front seat of the car alittle shaking and scared at first and walked him around to get him to pee. The long trip being in the crate, made it difficult for him to pee right away. We wrapped him is a big towel and he slept for 4 hours straight on my wife’s lap. He probably didn’t get much rest on the flight . May have been scared, Jumpy with load noises until he realized he was ok . The water that you put in the cage was splashed out and the food was still there and moist from the water splashing.? The shredded paper worked out great ! Good idea. The supplies were very helpful and the info from the vet and breeder were attached to the crate as expected. I must say your communications before the actual transfer were very helpful and greatly appreciated as expectations rise while you’re waiting for this special day. His first visit to his veternarian was as soon as we got him home as she is our daughter. He has take his first day in stride and now the second day is chasing a visiting French bull dog and a Belgium Malinois around the house fighting for toys ! It’s an exciting welcome ! He has a fantastic outward going attitude ! I can see that the laughs and smile are going to be endless. Thanks for the great experience and allowing us to have such a great experience. Trust in getting the best puppy in the best health

The experience started with a simple google search for puppies with the kids. We ended up finding a cutie with the same (uncommon) name as our son, it seemed meant to be. We inquired on him with Angel and she answered all questions we had initially, and I was able to ask more throughout the process. We received updated pictures almost weekly and even though travel details fell through the first time (due to last vet vaccination with breeder) we were happy his health was prioritized before getting him on a plane. The pickup with very quick and easy, he came with his medical records and a bag of food. I would 100% buy another puppy in the future. Excellent follow-up through the whole company!
