I was skeptical because there are so many scams selling puppies out there but I am pleased to tell you this is not a scam. I received great customer service all the way and everything was as they said it would be. The transport drivers were very friendly, they arrived early, and the puppy seemed to really like them so they must have been good to him. He also smelled very nice when I received him. Thank you guys so much!!!

Puppyspot kept us informed every step of the way. There were no hidden or unexpected fees added like we had with the last puppy company we went through. Puppyspot made this a very positive experience for us.

A great experience. PuppySpot was very communicative, reached out to us a couple times, and worked to be sure we were informed. The transportation team was very communicative ahead of time as well and arrived ahead of schedule. Our puppy is gorgeous, healthy, well-behaved, easy to train, and has been socialized well.

Everyone was helpful and my questions were answered. The process went smoothly. I received my pup safely and am very happy. I like that they vet the different breeders.

I was originally skeptical about ordering a puppy online but after speaking in great length to Amanda, I was on board. They go to great lengths to make sure they are selling healthy and well breed puppies. They also explained that we could follow the progress of the puppy on their site pictures too. They were there every step of the way to explain things and answer questions. We just picked up our beautiful Maggie yesterday. We are very pleased with the whole process.
