Our experience with Puppy Spot was wonderful! This is our second sweet baby pup and we couldn’t love her more 🥰! I highly recommend Puppy Spot, they love these pups. Placement in a safe loving nurturing forever home is the first and most important priority.

I enjoyed talking with Puppy Spot Representatives they were very helpful and understanding.They gave me the assurance that this was legitimate. I have heard of others being scammed. All I wanted was to have a forever friend to share my Life after losing my 14 year old Pekingese 7 months prior!

The PuppySpot is a great concept. I loved the website where I was able to filter down to just the right puppy type, gender, age range and color. Each puppy page had 4 photos and a video and were updated every three weeks. From the initial call with the sales team -- in my case it was Andres -- to the management team support, everything was handled very professionally and courteously. Everything was explained as the timeline unfolded, and the logistics for transport were taken care of by the PuppySpot team. Our puppy arrived in great shape at our closest airport. The crate was ours to keep and all of his papers were securely attached. The pup was very happy and didn't seem stressed at all by the flight. He's been a gift and a joy to us since we picked him up. The only suggestion I would like to make is that the new puppy family should be able to have a direct dialogue with the breeder so that they may ask some questions. Perhaps an electronic method, such as email, could be allowed in the future. The question I would have like to know ahead of the pick up, is what commands was our puppy was already used to, so that we could continue with those same commands right at time of meeting him. I highly recommend the PuppySpot.

Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service guy, David, was so wonderful trying to help me acquire my puppy. He called me back after clearing up an availability issue. It was as he said, he'll call ke back in 30 with an answer...I think he resolved it in 20.

From the first moment of choosing our puppy all the way through delivery everything has been great! The customer service is wonderful! Definitely recommend puppyspot!
