My German Shepherd puppy (Boo) is perfect in every way. American Airlines was great, they took good care of him. I do not like the fake AKC registration certificate that I received. I would prefer an authentic one that is full or partial. There is no reason not to give this dog full registration.

It took a couple of attempts to get my puppy. First one was pretty mixed up...puppy didn't come...Me crying...etc. Second one worked fine.

After ordering the puppy there is no more communication on the app they have you download. So patience is required for the next few weeks until arrival. I would have found it helpful to know my puppy’s CURRENT weight before arriving so I could estimate a collar/harness size and bed size before arrival. Our puppy arrived on time from PetCab on a VERY hot California evening. But his fur was wet and he and his carrier was hot & REEKED of urine. Poor thing. He’d been on three flights and a 3 hour drive to our house. We couldn’t even cuddle him. First stop was a bath. I took him to the vet the next day for his exam (NOT in that carrier though) and he is healthy and up to date on vaccines. He is an older puppy and not at all house trained. Would be nice if in the descriptions they give an accurate description of the pups real personality rather than puppy kisses and best friend. Our puppy pleasantly surprised us with a REALLY mellow, easy-going personality. We were waiting for the other shoe to drop but he’s not a hyper puppy. He’s adorable AND an absolute joy to take places. Has good manners and we get multiple compliments about him. Walking down a street we get stopped multiple times for pets and for photos. Lol Its like being with a celebrity. After we get his potty training down he will be perfect. He is sharp and minds us like a good boy. Overall we love our new puppy. Just would’ve been nice if PuppySpot supported the owner’s questions once purchased. But they did take care of everything.

the amount of phone calls to sell a pup are excessive ...when I asked questions about your service i get a reply where I scratch my head regarding the answer..then i start getting calls from akc to register sage...forty calls..4 a day...when you infringe on my time and space with your mantra to sell sell sell something ...not to mention the request to have sage looked at within three days by a vet..or her health certificate would be invalid....I would not recommend your service ...

First and foremost, I want to say that I did receive the puppy I ordered off of PuppySpot, I love him dearly and he is a happy and healthy now that he has been under my care for a month. However, the delivery process was very frustrating with PuppySpot. Percy was exposed to parvo at the breeder PuppySpot was working with and had to be incubated for two weeks. After his test came back negative, his arrival was still delayed another two weeks. When Percy arrived, he had stomach problems and was underweight. He was unable to keep on a good amount of weight for the first week so he visited the vet. Upon seeing him, the vet said he looked like he came from a very bad breeder and essentially said it was a puppy mill. My puppy is okay now and he is a very good boy but I personally would not recommend anyone get a puppy through PuppySpot and I will not be using them again.

Poor communication-received pictures from the breeder the day my puppy was shipped. Puppy Spot broke several promises to get updates and pictures of my puppy as I waited for her to come home. I gave 3 stars only because my fur baby is healthy and I absolutely adore her!

I did find my right Pomeranian puppy on Puppyspot; however, except for Jordan, who was my representative, I thought Puppyspot was not to well organized. It was one day before I was to pick up my puppy, and I had no communication or airport confirmation via email to pick up my puppy. I immediately called Jordan and he took care of the problem. The representative I talked to said he would resend my airline papers (which I never received until he did "resend" them. Jordan was the most professional, caring, helpful and encouraging person to work with. He always responded to my texts messages immediately. I will even send Jordan a picture of "Reba" when she has her full pommy coat. Again, Jordan deserves a raise for how well he took care of me. He excels at customer service. Brenda McDowell

Wonderful Puppy - Communication Lacking We absolutely love our new puppy. He is a joyful addition to our family and I wouldn't change anything. However, the communication that PuppySpot has was not good. The people were nice, but it took 3 weeks to receive any solid answers on our puppy and every time I called or emailed, they talked in circles without giving me any information. It was frustrating - but our puppy did come happy and healthy which is all that really matters.
