We were pretty much on our own in figuring out his likes, dislikes and habits, other than a lengthy schedual (guidline)to follow. h
I was missled to believe I was meeting at the Breeders location. After driving 240 miles, we met a middle man that had no information about the "pricey" puppy I adopted. We could have chosen a more neutral location.

Delivery on time but no bag of puppy food
Came on time and delivered the puppy. Unfortunately they did not deliver the bag of puppy food as was arranged. Cant find Nutri source in stores near me only on line. I ordered on line but wont arrive until tomorrow so two days+. Puppy won't eat anything else I give him.

Too much.
Extremely Expensive in order, I guess , to support a lot of unnecessary stuff including the Colombian connection which doesn’t add anything but suspicion as to the legitimacy of your enterprise.

Inadequate travel provision!!…
My puppy arrived yesterday and was delivered by one person, not two and had been in a crate traveling for more than 26 hours!’ She was beyond exhausted, hungry and thirsty when she arrived. I’m unable to crate train her as she’s terrified of it now, probably because she was locked up in one for more than 26 hours!! I’m so disappointed with Puppy Spot!!

The concierge service wasn't on point
The concierge service wasn't on point. We did not deal with the same person the entire time. It was tough to get ahold of someone when I had a question about my dog. On the other hand, we were able to find the perfect dog for us out of a wide selection. The process was fairly easy. The transport service was amazing.

Great to find pup, hard to wait.
I like the ability to find my puppy and received updated photos. The additional contacts for upselling got burdensome. Little transparency into the actual delivery process.

This was not a smooth experience
This was not a smooth experience. Customer service is unreliable and cannot answer simple questions. I had little to no information about my puppy. I was supposed to be the point of contact and each time my husband received correspondence even though I called repeatedly. I asked to speak to a supervisor many times and never received a call back. The only positive was the puppy transport company.
