I was kept up to date on my puppy’s situation to include travel status. Although there were some additional add on purchases offered they were not pushy. The travel was expensive but an understandable cost done by professionals.

The ease of choosing my beautiful girl, talking to customer service and my personal representative was so easy. Delivery was flawless and exactly as stated they arrived on time even a bit early, which was perfectly fine as I was angels waiting.

My concierge Gina and then Patricia were so great and helpful - the transport folks were so friendlly and the van was first class - I was not worried about my puppy's journey as I expected.

Excellent communication & Travel Plans?

I am so happy with my experience with Puppyspot. The right amount of communications and details were provided throughout the entire process. My puppy is so happy and adjusting well. A couple things to add in the food communication would be how much the breeder was feeding along with how often. And a little more on what the puppy’s schedule was for going outside.
