The process was simple. The communication with PuppySpot was good and very helpful. The delivery went smooth. The transport people kept me updated on their eta, and were thorough with the information and material given to me.

Puppyspot was a great experience from the purchase of my new puppy to delivery. Premier Pet transport drivers Chuck & Skyler were great on the hand off on my puppy and answered some of my questions.

Chuck called me a couple of times before the delivery. I wish it could have been closer to me in South Lake Tahoe, instead, it was a 2 hour drive to Sacramento to meet up with him and my new puppy, Lacey. He was very polite and business-like. When he handed her to me, I fell in love. He gave me her papers and food and off we went. Chuck called me later that evening to see how we were doing, which I thought was very nice.
