Outstanding Communication

Jordan, from PuppySpot, was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Suzanne, the breeder, was excellent in providing valuable guidance when I went to pickup Dolly. Overall, I had a great experience through the entire process.

The experience was so easy and PuppySpot kept us informed of all updates so that we were prepared when our two pups arrived. Our puppies were from two different states and one was two weeks older but PuppySpot worked out arrangements that they both could arrive at the same time on the same carrier. We were given all necessary paperwork for registration, microchip registration, and vet checks. I was able to email copies to our vet. He knew what was needed before our first appointment. Thank you PuppySpot. Was the easiest way to add new and fun family members!!

From start to finish it has been stress free. Everyone has been extremely helpful and the emails, videos and texts have been informative. The transport process was flawless, always keeping us informed. Chuck and Skyler were professional and friendly. And of course, Kai (née Levi) is perfect in every way. We couldn’t be happier.

Puppy Spot was very helpful! They helped me with my problem with Jade and helped me pick a new pup. Crystal, now Fiona, is home. We love her!

This is our second second puppy from Puppyspot. They are both mini oodles. They are so smart and loving . The first puppy Archie, he will be 2 in June and has already been an asset Charlie 12 weeks one was delivered by air and one by car. There were no problems with either travel method.

Skeptical? We were too but PuppySpot is the real deal! Throughout the process, we were kept informed, everything was transparent & organized. Our little Jett (now Jigsaw) arrived on time, healthy, happy & ready for us to fall in love with him. The shots & health requirements were all met as promised The transport team kept us updated & we picked up our puppy exactly when & where they promised with the required documentation on our pup as well as with some food from the breeder. We would definitely purchase another puppy from PuppySpot!
