PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

My third review for PuppySpot because they are that good. I was extremely skeptical to purchase a puppy from a website. After doing so, I can say my experience has been stellar all across the board and my beautiful puppy was delivered healthy, happy and as promised. PuppySpot is extremely responsive – every phone call was answered in person and my concerns were addressed with compassion and professionalism. The transport company was stellar, texted when they said they would and arrived exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend purchasing a puppy through PuppySpot.

We had never purchased a puppy from anything but a breeder so buying through puppy spot made us a bit anxious. All I can say is it was a wonderful experience. The communication was amazing and the breeder we ended up getting our Labrador from was also amazing. Definitely not a puppy mill but a caring breeder. Our little girl is beautiful and very healthy. The only downside to puppy spot is the cost. Also, I did not understand why we had to pay to drive three hours to pick our girl up. Other than that, we would not hesitate to buy through them again.

It was a rewarding experience, except for the driving, which was my choice. If I had to do it again I would choose to have the puppy delivered to me. Other than that it was a great experience and would recommend Puppy Spot to anyone wanting to get a puppy.

Awesome experience! As soon as we saw the picture of Matt ( renamed to Cooper) on PuppySpot we knew we had to make him a part of our family. The process was fast and easy and communication was great. The transport drivers Chuck and Skyler were awesome as well. Great communication and Matt/Cooper arrived safely and we could tell he had been taken care of during the transport. We are thrilled to have Cooper home

I must admit, I was a bit skeptical purchasing a puppy this way, but it was seamless from beginning to end. We were able to keep tabs on him through the website and the staff at PuppySpot was very helpful with all the information and questions about the process. The transporter kept us updated on when they were coming and let us know they were ahead of schedule so we could get there on time. Chuck and Skyler of Premier Pet Transport were friendly and made sure everything was handled with care. Overall this was a wonderful experience and brought us our beautiful Havanese Bailey!

Thank you Dallas and Nathan! Jaxon was delivered earlier than expected. Which was great for me. The traffic in the Bay Area is horrible on Fridays and I appreciate you both. I also appreciate the care that was taken with Jaxon. He’s a little fella. He was happy and healthy as promised. Thank you again for your kind and courteous service to myself and Jaxon. Thank you both for being in constant contact with me and delivering Jaxon early!!! I am a very satisfied customer!!!!

Good and Fast

Dallas and Nathan T. delivered our sweet girl today. Honestly, I was very skeptical of getting a puppy delivered, but I’m so thankful that they took such good care of her. Thank you guys!
