This company is just awful. You do not speak to the same person at customer service, some are compassionate and others can care less. They are more like car salesmen than anything else. They have many high sounding statements like "we do a DNA check" and "provide a health guarantee", but when you actually ask them direct questions, they do not provide specific responses. Once your purchase a puppy, you have no choice in delivery service or in any step along the way. Several weeks short of receiving my puppy, I got a phone call from customer service saying they can no longer send me the puppy, and could not provide a reason why, short of "he has an infection in the tail." I requested additional information and to speak directly with the breeder, but nothing. Ideal to go directly to a breeder, not an intermediary broker..

I bought an Australian puppy from y’all almost a year and a half ago. She was supposed to be a mini and she’s 60 pounds. I paid ver $5000.00 for her and I feel like I was scammed. I think was a puppy mill doing. She didn’t know what grass was and she would only go the bathroom inside or on concrete. You also said I couldn’t breed her. I’ll never do business with y’all again. I’m an animal lover and own a cattle ranch in Central Florida. I’m attached to her now and she is to me. Yall lied to me and that is unforgivable.

Received a very sick puppy that has cost me a lot of money. I love him but I would not suggest you for a pet.

Our puppy was not the cleanest. We got back home and went right to the vet. Puppy was tested and has fecal ova and parasites. Our vet bill $198 plus medication$69.00 so far!

Dealing with puppy spot was a horrible experience and I have no proof but the vet and I think, along with the puppy showing signs, it is believed the puppy was abused by the breeder

DO NOT BUY A DOG FROM PUPPYSPOT!!!! THEY ARE Puppymills, I hope everyone reads this and does not make the same mistake we all have. I got a dog that clearly was kept in a crate until I bought him at 7 months old, he is absolutely the most fearful dog I have ever seen and I do dog boarding for a living. He has not grown out of it and it is a serious problem. He has terrible tear stains, you cannot clean it off white fur. He is much bigger than expected. I expected a 6lb dog and he is already 11lbs. He got a clean bill of health but when I got him but I still had to have all his baby teeth removed and insurance would not cover it. THEY DON'T CARE, they dismiss any of your concerns and Bottom LINE - they are all about the $$$$ and they are expensive with all the upcost they charge. Buy local!

I made the mistake of thinking this company was going to help make the confusing job of finding a puppy easier. This experience was much harder and extremely disappointing. I never got the same person on the phone and calls were rarely returned, when told they would be. Promises of how the puppy would be cared for were untrue. Follow up and follow through were both very poor. Bottom line: this company cares about making money and not helping customers. You have to pay in full before you find out much about the puppy. Also, you have to buy insurance to have any health guarantee (they have a partnership with a company or you can find one). Lastly, the breeder gets a small fraction of what you’re paying.

First of all they bend over backwards when they want the sale then it crickets. The breaded lied about the age of my pup. He was much younger than stated. When his teeth came in, it was a complete nightmare is a mouse look like little shop of horrors. He had to have numerous surgeries, and it was a constant battle with Puppyspot with paying the bills. They did pay him, but after tons of phone calls and negotiating, that breeder should be banished, I have a great puppy now but it is taking a lot of work and it’s been a lot of heartbreak. I would not suggest these people to anybody go to a shelter. There’s tons of Aussiedoodles that need homes.
