I have never gotten a puppy online so this was my first experience. Everything went as planned except the delivery date and that was due to puppy not weighing enough/old enough to travel. The transporter was super friendly and courteous. My only complaint is getting someone to pick up the phone when you call them after you have already purchased your puppy so that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5!

The process of finding my puppy Zoey, learning more about her, and purchasing went very smoothly. The pick-up process was a bit confusing via text and phone calls. I asked to be contact on my personal cell phone vs my work phone. The request was acknowledged but to no avail. I missed texts and calls due to this very minor set back. Other than that, it was a great experience overall!

We finally got a great pup. Took a little longer than we wanted. Delivery of the first pup we picked didn’t work out. But the one we finally got is an amazing little fella and settling in nicely.

I drove 4 hours and got there early only to have to call Puppy Spot that they didn't show up. I got lucky and someone answered the phone or I would have been there until they did. I have waited many times hours to get a hold of a live person. They gave me the number of the people and they apologized and were there about one hour late. Both dogs threw up for the first 45 minutes and it caused me to go through blankets and towels and stop the truck two times to clean the cage. They slept all the way home from there. Make sure you call the breeder before you take a long journey to confirm they will be there!!! I assume both dogs had just eaten and the reason they got sick. They are beautiful and they slept all night no going in the house yet! They are very healthy and active today.

Received wonderful very attractive cute puppy. Changed name from Cindy to Daisy. Negative was she was wet and very dirty when arrived after about 3 days of traveling in truck from Ohio to Kansas City and to Hayward, California. Also had no appetite for first day and was very tired. Got better on 2nd and third day. Now is great puppy.
